MI Local Hops is unfortunately closing in 2024. We're grateful to all of our customers who have supported us in our nine years of business. We will have more details regarding our closing and our experience in the hop marketing in November of 2024. You can connect with us via the information on the contact page. 

We will also be releasing a list of equipment for sale on this website in November of 2024. We have sold the majority of our farm equipment and accessories in the past six months. The hop picking equipment has been listed with domestic and international facilitators who specialize in specific hop farming equipment. 

Our farm is home to a 30,000 square foot processing facility which includes two Wolf 1000 hop pickers and a Wolf drying system. That building sits adjacent to our 15,000 square foot pelletizing and cold storage facility. 

We are proud to provide the service of processing and pelletizing hops for independent hop growers all over North America. Pelletizing production starts in October and ends in February every year. 

MI Local Hops executed its eighth harvest on September 17, 2023. We have been selling T-90 pelletized hops since January of 2017 to craft breweries all over the world. You can purchase our hops here on our website. 

 MI Local Hops continuously exports Michigan grown hops to Canada, South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Brazil, India, and New Zealand.  We are always open to creating new international relationships that present the opportunity for Michigan Hop farms to do business all over the world.
