Willamette grown in Michigan offers the same characteristics as Willamette growing in the Pacific Northwest. It is an early harvest hop which and in Michigan its harvest dates falls between August 15th and 20th. We've been growing and processing Willamette for 5 years and its Alpha's have ranged from 3.4 to 4.8.
